What goes through your mind when you meet someone new? What do you look for? Do you look for things in common. What if that person is completely different from you, and approaches life completely differently. What then? Do you encourage that person to do what they do best, or do you try to change them because you think that your way is better and right than theirs. What if they do not listen to you or question your motivation. Do you listen or do you get angry and defensive. One of the worse things that can be done is to talk behind someones back, to gossip and bring others onto your side. This isolates the victim and eventually hurts them. Today when meeting anyone, treat them with respect and love, and do not crucify them.

1. Not to get Angry.
2. Not to shout.
3. To listen.
4. To ask questions.
5. Give myself to holiness and purity.
6. See the good in others rather than the bad.
7. I will occupy myself with good things.
8. Today is a new day, live for it rather than yesterday or tomorrow.
9. Make people important rather than things.
10. Speak kind gentle words.
11. Be motivated by love.
12. God is here in this moment.
13. To understand
14. I am no better than others.
15. To show mercy.
16. Temptation will come, walk away from it.

Why do Christians spend so much time arguing whether the Bible is historically true? Early stories like Creation, or Adam and Eve will never be proven, and it will never convince people who do not believe in God.

What we need to do is to discuss what it means, it’s purpose, what it is telling us about God and our time here on Earth.

Rushing around trying to fit everything into the day. We fit in what is important and then we try to fit in things which could be left. We turn on the television or sit at the computer, and time just goes. We invest time in the things but we are forgetting to invest time in the people around us. We find we become strangers and just irritate each other as our schedules get further and further behind. Those who have faith pour themselves into church activity, and reading of the Bible is just another task in a busy day. We need to stop, and invest our time in those around us, and study what the Bible is really telling us about God, and a way of living. How is your life, too busy?

If God exists then God must be here now. If God exists and God created us do you think God wants us to notice God?If God exists, do you think God wants to have a friendship with us. There is a story of a garden, where humans had a friendship with God. But the humans decided they want their own lives without God, and reject all the good things God gave them. So the friendship was broken.

A man known as Jesus came to show a way back to God. He experienced what we experience and was rejected too. But he showed a new Kingdom which is open to everyone where we can live as God intended and the friendship restored. All we need to do is follow Jesus.
